1. Spicy Garlic Noodles
This is the ultimate instant dinner recipe for nights when you’re in no mood to cook but still want something delicious.
Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Moi Soi’s Whole Wheat Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Moi Soi’s Sichuan Chilli Oil
  • 1 tbsp Moi Soi’s Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

How to Make It:
1. Boil your whole wheat noodles with sesame oil and saltwater for 5–6 minutes, then drain and set aside. (Pro tip: Save a bit of the starchy water for the sauce!)
2. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the dark soy sauce, sugar, and a generous dollop of Sichuan chilli oil. Stir well.
4. Add the noodles and mix until they’re beautifully coated. Add a splash of noodle water if you like it saucy.

Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Boil the whole wheat noodles for 5-6 minutes and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add ginger and sauté for a few seconds.

Toss in the veggies and stir-fry on high heat until slightly tender.
4. Add dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and Sichuan chilli oil. Stir well.
